Art Deco vase with glittery flowers

 

Size 22.5" x 22.5" on box canvasAn original and very colourful painting of an Art Deco vase with lots of flowers. The painting sparkles with glitter on the flowers on on the back ground. I have begun the painting by putting layers of newspaper to give the painting texture and grooves and then stuck on stamps for the table which the vase stands on. I have then used acrylics, three dimensional acrylics, bead work, glitter and embroidery work on this painting. The painting is painted in various shades of pink around the sides, the same colour as the back ground which also has a layer of red glitter painted over the various shades of pink.  The painting can be hung on the wall without the need to frame
