Terms and Conditions

If commisioning me to paint a painting you will be asked to pay a small deposit upfront depending on the price of the painting which will be returned to you in full if the painting is not satisfactory and payment in full will be asked before posting.

Returns Policy:
1) Where there is a problem with your order such as the Artwork is damaged etc please email me at mostyncasimira@btinternet.com within 24 hours of receiving the painting and I will arrange for a courier free of charge to pick up the painting to be returned to me. Please ensure that the painting is well wrapped before returning it.

2) If you have changed your mind you are entitled to a refund within 14 days of purchase but you will be responsible for paying the return postage unless the fault lies with me.

3) Once the painting has been returned to me you will receive a full refund usually via paypal

I would prefer it if payment is made via Paypal. I am also happy to take cheques or postal orders.
